Acer announced the Swift Go series with Intel Core 13 processors at CES 2023.
Acer has updated its Swift range with the launch of two new laptops. The company unveiled the Acer Swift Go 16, Swift Go 14, Swift X 14 and Swift 14 at CES 2023. All the machines have a completely new design with 13th generation Intel Core processors and Windows 11.
Acer Swift Go 16 and Swift Go 14

The OLED display in the new Swift Go 16 (SFG16-71) and Swift Go 14 (SFG14-71) has a fast refresh rate. Ultra-thin and light notebooks have VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, maximum brightness of 500 nits and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. The Swift Go 14 offers a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display with a resolution of 2880×1800 and a refresh rate of 90Hz, while the Swift Go 16 has a 16-inch 3.2K OLED display with a resolution of 3200×2000 and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The notebook’s display is TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe certified, the productivity-optimized 16:10 aspect ratio and optional touch functions facilitate long hours of work, study and play. OceanGlass touchpads and backlit notebook keyboards further guarantee smooth and efficient scrolling.

Powered by 13th Gen Intel Core H-series processors and confirmed as Intel Evo platform computers, the new Swift Go 16 and Swift Go 14 notebooks offer exceptional performance and over 9.5 hours of battery life. 13th Gen Intel Core processors with Intel Movidius VPU feature a dedicated AI engine that enables high-quality video collaboration, no-compromise AI, and seamless integration. The notebooks also feature Intel Unison, which allows customers to quickly connect their computers with Android or iOS devices for a flexible and user-friendly experience.
Each has a range of connectors, including a MicroSD card reader, HDMI 2.1 and USB Type-C with Thunderbolt 4. PurifiedView features for video conferencing, such as background blur, auto-framing and eye contact, are also available on the Swift Go laptops. Combined with Acer PurifiedVoice technology with AI noise reduction, the 1440p Transient Noise Reduction (TNR) webcam offers high-quality video feedback even in low-light conditions, producing crisp, clear images and sound for conferences and classrooms.
Acer Swift X 14 and Swift 14
The Swift X 14 (SFX14-71) notebook is powered by 13th generation Intel Core H-series processors and supports up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 GPU for notebooks. These rugged notebooks are verified and optimized by NVIDIA Studio with pre-installed NVIDIA Studio drivers. The Swift 14 notebook is Intel Evo certified, has up to 13th generation Intel Core H-series processors and has a battery life of more than 9.5 hours. The notebooks also use Intel Unison, which allows users to collaborate on their most important productivity tasks across different operating systems.
The stunning 14-inch 2.8K OLED display on the Acer Swift X 14 clearly displays 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut and is VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 certified. It also boasts a 120Hz refresh rate. Impressive colors and images on the display come to life thanks to a peak brightness of 500 nits and a high contrast ratio, while text remains clear and legible throughout viewing time. With a 1080p FHD webcam with Acer PurifiedView and PurifiedVoice with AI Noise Reduction, creators can easily communicate on the go. A MicroSD card reader, dual USB Type-C ports, HDMI 2.1 and other modern connectors also keep producers connected to screens, printers and other devices.

The 14-inch WQXGA (2560×1600) or WUXGA (1920×1200) touchscreen options for the Acer Swift 14 are protected by durable antimicrobial Corning Gorilla Glass that increases durability, provides scratch resistance, and inhibits the growth of stain- and odor-causing bacteria. With the Swift 14’s 1440p QHD camera with TNR technology, Acer PurifiedVoice and dual speakers enhanced with DTS Audio, hybrid workers, remote workers and students can participate in conferences, courses and video calls on the go. Windows Hello and a built-in fingerprint reader simplify user login without compromising security, while two USB Type-C Thunderbolt 4 connectors as well as an HDMI 2.1 port offer convenient connection to peripherals.
Price and availability
Pricing for the Acer Swift Go 16 (SFG16-71) will start at $799.99 in North America in June, €1099 in EMEA in March, and RMB 6599 in China in March.
Pricing for the Acer Swift Go 14 (SFG14-71) will start at $849.99 in North America in May, €999 in EMEA in February, and RMB 5,499 in China in February.
The Acer Swift X 14 (SFX14-71G) will go on sale in April with prices starting at $1,099.99 in North America, €1,499 in EMEA, and RMB 7,099 in China.
Starting in March, the Acer Swift 14 (SF14-71T) will be available in North America for $1,399.99; in EMEA it will cost €1,699; and it will cost RMB 7,999 in China.
